The guys over at RockstarWatch.net have stumbled across something short but sweet. The video isn't available to watch anywhere on the Grand Theft Auto IV's official website, however, it's believed they pulled it from the server itself or the source as it's quite evident that this is a potential intro video for the site due to the ending being the panoramic image that comes up.
Obviously this isn't confirmed information, but the video speaks for itself, as we're sure you'll agree.
UPDATE: The original video had been taken down, as has RockstarWatch.net's report of this video. This obviously further solidifies that this was probably indeed the unused opening intro for Grand Theft Auto IV's official website. Sorry that it was removed guys.
