2K Games has moved to reassure PlayStation 3 owners that its BioShock downloadable content Challenge Rooms will remain exclusive to the Sony platform release of the critically acclaimed shooter.
Speaking with Videogamer.com, Associate Producer Melissa Miller commented, "Right now we are supporting the PS3 launch. We are really excited to be bringing the BioShock experience to a whole new set of fans. We've been concentrating on ways to make this game special. The things that we've added, they're not changing the original experience that the 360 fans and the PC fans got, but are things that compliment nicely that experience."
When pushed on a less ambiguous comment on the status of the DLC, Miller replied: "The answer is no. Right now this is a PS3 exclusive."
Challenge Rooms will be made available on October 24, and compliments a number of additional features for the PS3 release, including an all-new Survivor difficulty setting and Trophy support.

Well done Sony...something for Sony/PS3 users to cheers about for a change.
psn id: gingo.... if developers are going to make ports fro the ps3 a year down the line they should put as much work as 2k have put into this to optimise it to the ps3s capability and make people want to buy it
So in the earlier post they moaned about not taking advantage of Blu ray, now they say they have DLC.........sod DLC wack it the disk moorons.

So... are they saying that we are going to pay extra money to have trophies in the game?!
o.O
timed.
"So... are they saying that we are going to pay extra money to have trophies in the game?!"
Uh... what makes you think that? The comment you quoted says the DLC compliments the rest of the game (which includes trophies).
And besides... where in the post did it say the DLC was going to be charged money for?
wow
DLC content thats exclusive to the PS3
thats a 1st....
All this just to satisfy the ps3 fans. Good stuff.
thats what I'm talking about. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.
