Q Entertainment has silently been working on an exclusive PlayStation 3 title, and has finally announced what it is.
Determined to show just how serious they can be, this will be a big title from the people responsible for Lumines and Meteos. They are working on Angel Love Online, a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG).
Originally released about a year ago, ALO takes place in the land of angels, Eden. The player gets to create their own character, and from there you begin the game as the protector of angels. This stylized game takes places in a fantasy world consisting of four kingdoms. Customization is also fairly deep, with craftable armor, paper dolls, riding mounts, pets, and a free-chosen skill system.
The PC version of this title is free to download and play, with various items available to purchase using microtransactions. There has been no announcement yet as to how this game will be distributed, but we expect a similar system via PlayStation Network, also with microtransactions. Cross platform play hasn't been touched on yet, but it's a possibility. We should find out more soon, as the game is set for release this December in Japan.

This sounds good i hope its true i would love to play a mmorpg soon on the ps3 should be fun :)
psn id: gingo... since its free it might be worth a download i'm expecting a lot more MMORPGS to come to ps3 in the coming months
This will be a huge hit overseas I'm sure. I'll probably play it.
These articles are getting slower and alot more, how shall i put it, boring! You mods doing this for free? Very slow week for technology? Or just lazy mods that hit the pause button for 30 minutes a day to find some bland 2.5 paragraph article.
@Enacku With TGS being right around the corner I'm sure there is alot of news being "hushed" so it can be annoucned at TGS. However yes, the game market isn't 100mph all the time.
In my eyes this is nothing short of garbage....but for people who dig that sort of stuff, good for them.
awesome. this is gonna be huge
Sounds good.
But why bother with cross-platform if the game is PS3 exclusive? And why does the title say it almost free?
NCsoft has joined Sony this is not a mmorpg from them this is from someone else but NCsoft will be making mmorpg exclusive for the ps3 as for what they said in E3 2007 hope they make a game like guild wars but on the ps3 ^_^
This is good that it's coming to the PS3 but it doesn't looks interesting to me
a good copy & paste 2 days old news. I like how the staff page is never there, so you can't actually see that the editors are 12...
re: Killercop
///It's "almost free" because it takes microtransactions to get certain things you might need inthe course of the game, or they might just be clothing upgrades, but in either case much like Home, it's meant to be free unless you want something cooler than what you got.
i would say in other words its like FLYFF free but you can buy other stuff with real money anyways anyone that is into the mmorpg Ragnarok Online should like this as its almost the same it has lil chars just more cartoony :)
Re: Alpha2
Ah, okay, now I see... But I still don't understand they say cross-platform, when it's exclusive...
I have the trailer from PSN Japan, but any word of it coming to the US PSN store?
