THQ to publish 50 Cent: Blood on the SandAccording to the company’s official website, it appears Bandai Namco are more aware of a PlayStation 3 version of Eternal Sonata than previously stated.
Just months ago, company representatives stated they were "not aware" of a PS3 version of the upcoming title; however, new evidence has appeared that seems to debunk this statement.
The game's official listing on Bandai Namco’s site now has it listed as a PlayStation 3 game. The release date is TBD and is listed under platforms quite conveniently.
Eternal Sonata describes the adventures of famed composer Frederic Chopin as he explores his dream world filled with wondrous characters and beautiful environments. In a land where music influences both combat and exploration in mystical ways, Chopin sets out on a journey not only of self-discovery, but also of serenity.

Eternal Sonata is going to be awesome, and it's definitely what PS3 needs.
Everyone knew it was coming. M$ just bought themselves a timed exclusive. Which sold around 50.000 copies in Japan and moved about 10.000 360's LOL. Good to see it's coming to PS3 and that they have made the announcement before it's release in Europe and the US.
umm, sorry, all these time exclusive game for xcrap 360 coming to PS3 is just not very good, it always feel like "left over" to me. I rather NOT spend money on these games for few reasons: I want company to give same date release for PS3 versions, and chance of it being a bad port.
As long as they optimize it for PS3, that's all I care about, Heck I might even buy it if it's a decent RPG. Hopefully this will help prove my point that the japanese just dnt like M$ and that they're willing to wait and get the PS3, I mean since everyone there already has a Wii, what ELSE would they get?
cool. but i dont know if im' even don with teh "Musical RPG" thing. There are others more valubable on my wish-list :).
Hmmmm.....I am not too sure about this RPG, my eyes are set on White Knight Story, FF13, Disgaea 3 and Star Ocean 4. No half-as$ RPG will make the cut or my PS3 collection.
I'm really glad this is making it to the ps3. I played the demo on my 360 and it was MUCH better than expected--I liked it better than Blue Dragon for sure. Anyhow, I will definitely wait to pick this up until it comes out on the ps3 instead of getting it on the 360.
