Far Cry 2 dated for EuropeBattlefield: Bad Company is the latest in a series of shooters that seeks to gain the attention of the Call of Duty 4-loving populous. The Xbox 360 beta has just begun, and the title looks like it's shaping up well. Gametrailers user 'Ace' captured five minutes of footage for the viewing pleasure of interweb-goers like you:
As you can see from the above footage, the game has an intense feel, which is enhanced by its fantastic graphics. The footage also demonstrates the insane destructibility the title offers players, both as a gameplay mechanic and for general aesthetic feel. Hopefully, this title will turn out just as solid on PS3 as it looks to be on the Xbox 360. We'll have more for you on this promising title soon.

this game might be better than cod4 i want this so bad
This looks like it will be a great game, (lets hope its not a PS3 port) and i think it is the first to use the Frostbite engine which if you haven't seen the vids on PSN or on the net, looks amazing. It comes out a few weeks after MGS4 so i might pass on it for the time just dew to the fact that I will have Haze, GTA4, and MGS4 in my hands all ready. I can only play so many games at once.
i love the explosions and even thought quality of the video isnt great.the graphics still look impressive. everything about the game is impressive, when you die, when a bomb goes off near you. would of loved to see more building destruction though.
this is a must buy for me

Definatly looks like COD may finally have some competion. My only concern now is that they are working on the game for the PS3 from the ground up. If they port the code over, I guarentee that we will get an inferior version.
It looks almost exactly like BF2 but with better graphics but that's no bad thing cos I loved BF2!! I wish I got in on this beta earlier so I could of played it.
This game looks awsome, May play better then COD4 and adds some elements from Warkawk.. I wonder if you can fly helicoptors and fighter jets? I also want to know more about the story line seems though its is based in the middle east.

When I sat down to write this story, I really wasn't expecting that much. Then I watched it. It blew me away. Like I said in the article, I hope the PS3 version runs just as well as its 360 counterpart.
