Give me a RTS or MMoRPG...please.  I'm done with guns and bullets for now.  Done.  I got rid of my 360 and got a PS3 to get away from this.  What do they give me?  "HAZE-LO" and ports of 360 shooters.  Console gaming sucks now.  PC gamers ruined it for us.

im bored of shooters myself... but there are people who think anything save shooters and sports games are gay nerd games... and sadly it seems to me that they are the majority...

 For those of you who haven't played this tittle(WARNING) is awsome BUT very very very weird. For you guys who haven't played it, you will enjoy it but.....

You would think the term rumor would go away with something like this.  Unless the magazine cover is a fake, but it seems pointless to have an old story to be resurfaced unless it was actually true.  I am going to say that this is offical, rumor over.

That`S some great news, BioShock is one of my fav. fps. It will be a great addition to the PS3, i hope they release BioShock 2 as well.

Awesome!  Bioshock was one of the few reasons I wanted to get a 360.  If I had a better PC though, I would have got it for that.  I am getting a little burned out on all these shooters, but to me, Bioshock had a really unique look to it.  I'd still like to see a really good Vietnam War, or Western FPS game though.  They all seem to be either futuristic, modern warfare, or W.W.II. 

Hope it's not just a ported Xbox 360 version.

With BioShock 2 comming this year it should also come to PS3!

Microbots must be crying all over this one, always asking for MGS4 on 360, but now we`re getting BioShock while they`re still not getting a single thing. xD

They need to make it bigger and better, like more weapons and plasmids that are PS exclusive, and a multiplayer since going to Blu-Ray, it will be able to hold it all!

I bought it for $25 for the PC over Christmas and loved it.  Might have to buy for the PS3 if they make some improvments.

i am definitely getting this...i own a ps3 as well as a 360 but don't own that many games on it..a friend of mine had bioshock and the graphics were some of the best i have seen....don't sleep on this one just because it was a 360 exclusive....i am a gamer...a good game is a good game...plus..it will look better on the ps3 anyways...

While I do wonder how much better games (GTA IV) would be if they weren't limited for 360s, having any X-Box title available for PS3 never hurts Sony.  It's just another reason for people to buy a PS3 over a 360.  The more people with PS3s and less with 360's, the greater the chance of getting awesome exclusive games that really push the specs of the PS3.  If we have to "suffer" through some ports, to get to some awesome exclusive games, then so be it.  Come on, it's not like Bioshock is a horrible game.  Maybe they will add some extra content to it.  Even if they don't, I'll buy it because I want to play it.  If you don't want to play it, buy it out of spite for the X-Box :) 

yay!....one of the only games I envy from the 360 will now available in my ps3. NICE, really anticipating this one!

I've only played the PC version as far as the place in the Med Center where we have to melt the ice, after that I just didn't wanted to sit through my PC anymore. Hopefully playing in PS3 would change that cause the game sure has an interesting story which is what I like about it.

This game was amazing, if they add all the new content, im going to buy it again for the PS3. I could not stop playing it on the 360. I know its old, but its such a good game. Anyone who did not get a chance to play this game, they should get it for the PS3. It is absolutely amazing.

I probally stil won't buy it. For those of you looking forward to it though, enjoy it and let me know how it is. It's more of a time issue for me.

Sorry...Just had to say it.  Remember when that was all you read on message boards about the PS3 due to the higher mix of multi-platform games this generation?  Well it didn't doom the PS3....   Seriously though, what does this do to the mix of exclusives for each console, a mix that was already in Sony's favor?

I don't actually think that exclusives play such a big part in console success, certainly not as much as they used to, anyway.  I think this is mostly due to the maturity of the "old" gamer market. The kids who grew up with the SNES and others can now afford to keep gaming and can buy more than one platform if they choose.  What used to be the captive gamer market back then because they were kids, is now a large market of working adults.  Thoughts?

Well I'm happy to see mostly positive comments posted... Bioshock is an awesome game! Regardless of console preference, gamers should play this game for the same reason that everyone see The Godfather, Citizen Kane, Casablanca, etc... because it's a work of art, and someday will be looked on as a classic in the video game genre. Funny though how it sucks when it's 360 exclusive, then it's great news when headed to the PS3! Ha. Why can't we all just get along?!

shooter's aren't old or bad, you just have to look for a good one, not the first one that hits the shelf. For people who want a good MMO...RPG even i guess Home is coming out september, but ya, we needs a good mmorpg. looks great though ^_^

PC version

Graphics good controls are poor due to mouse aceleration which cannot be turned off for that reason alone the game is uplayable. The only reason i would buy it for PS3 is becasue it is impossible to play on PC which doesnt seem lke a good idea to buy it im afraid.

Im really not to wowed over it to be honest. I never like second hand me down games. nothing new to be had just same old stuff they had out for pc and vagbox 360.  im going to be spending money on games like killzone, socom, RES 5, And Little big planet. The games that actual decided to put there games on the true next gen system. not like 2k that sells out to the highest bidder for all there games. name one 2 K game thats ever been exclusive for any system?

I suppose we can all expect Bioshock 2 to come to Ps3 eventually and will we get Mass Effect 2 which only leaves 360 having Gears 2 for the next few years probably untill Gears 3?

Bioshock is one of my favourite games, I thought it was fantastic. Anyone that has a PS3 loves first person shooter's and has not played it on either the 360 or PC should get this game. I'm tempted to play again...
