I hope this isn't the big announcement for ps3 fans they were talking about....I can't help but laugh because I keep thinking about the huge let down their 3 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENTS were at TGS...I can't even remember what the announcements were--I think ps2 games maybe.

I was hoping this wasn't the announcement.  I was going to be really disappointed.

it's like they're teasing us yo. I guess Bionic Commando may hold some weight but it's good that this wasn't they're big announcement. Alot of folks would be pissed. To me screw Capcom. Why are devs playing games with us??? Why do we gotta be delayed, dismayed, toyed with. I mean don't they remember when it was no 360 and these chumps were developing for nintendo and sony? Where's the commitment to the future of games?? Instead we gotta be sucker punched by these lazy devs. The kits are there and if i was a dev i'd be all about creating on the latest technology. Yet we'll be the ones left hanging again...

Well I can only hope its better than the original. I had that game for my old Commodore 64 and it drove me round the bend, I found it so diffiucult, I couldn't get anywhere on it.

This IS not the BIG announcement, you drones! The timer is still going, and this game is multiplatform. IM pretty sure the announcement has to do with the PS3 only, or they wouldn't be making the comment they did. Also, I'm pretty excited about this game. I loved the original and Capcom is good at remaking their old games.

hey, did anybody read my other post on the"capcom big an..." article. well if you read it you will see tha i was right, atlease i am right if this is the so-called big annoucement. any ways as a re-cap, i basically say that capcom can go shove it, because they betray my trust a long time ago, and that still stands true. if this is for real, then capcom sucks. . .

Hah!  I totally remember playing this in the arcades..man was that fun.  Up there with The Avengers and that game where you collect pieces of the big gun...oh and the one where you're the fat guy that breathes fire...what were those games called...

Trust me...I know this is not the big announcement. But out of all the games Capcom can make a sequel to they choose this? I think mustang750r said i best....."u gatta be kidding me". This has just raised the bar off the charts for this "BIG" announcement thats supposed to be coming up......I hope they can pull it off.

If this was the announcment id be fine with that, this game and concept looks amazing. I am really looking forward to this game, this is like a pre post of the big announcment, and im very happy with this announcement. I hope the big annnoucment will have something to do with ps3 exclusivity.

For this not being the big announcement it's pretty cool. To tell you the truth I really liked Bionic commando for the NES and I thought that game was way of ahead of its time even back then. I'm really excited to hear that the devs are going to stick with the same idea as they did with the NES. That grappling hook was BADASS!
