D3Publisher has revealed that the European release of upcoming science fiction title, Dark Sector, has been pushed back to an unspecified time in April.
The game was originally scheduled to appear in late March, though according to Eurogamer, D3Publisher is now planning on releasing the title sometime next month.
Additionally, the company also revealed that a demo of the game was “likely” to appear at some point either before or around the games release, though exact details have yet to be revealed.
More information on the game, including details on its multiplayer content, can be found in our earlier news post here.
Dark Sector is developed by Digital Extremes and is due out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America later this month. Stay tuned for more news on a concrete release date for PAL territories as soon as we get it.

i wasnt even gona waste my cash on this piece of Sh**! this game will never stand upto GTAIV, MGS4
yeah, the devs think they have a hit on their hands. haha... so c0cky..
Delay the PS3 version and fix your bull**** online differences.
psn id: gingo.... wasn't really bothered about this but yet again here is europe getting shafted
The developer just needs to push back the release date and tune up the PS3 version so that it the 360 and PS3 version are running near equal.
I don't give a crap about this game, so a delay isn't going to make anyone upset. I was looking forward to this game, but now I don't even care. The developers for Haze pushed back the release several times and it turned out that it paid off. Delays don't make anyone happy, but I would rather see a game pushed back and have it runs smoother, than to have a game released with performance issues released early.
@encryptioncsta
Why does it have to? We don't buy games to be like other games. Why are so many of you shallow. You havent even played the game yet and you lable it as a peice of SH**?
Open your eyes, look around. Accept art for what it is, not what you want it to be.
Don't limit your mind, expand it.

Hu cares....? lol
Isnt it great living in Europe...
I still don't get how hard it is to add a few more online match SETUPS,and the irony is that they won't even be taking this time,to fix the problem with the ps3 version since the delay is only for Europe.
eh, the broken multiplayer really makes zero difference to me, I still wanna get this game. Still, I'm irritated how eu keeps getting the meal two hours after its gotten cold, if you know what I mean. I'm not sure if we as south africans are directly affected as we managed to get lair before it was released in the Uk...so any explanations for that? Anyway, I think its because europe has a different way of rating games, the UK in particular, so thats POSSIBLY why there are delays..but I dunno..
@Deldwen
For once someone speaks the truth, people are judging the game as if it were already released and that they played through it, what in the US it's going to be released the 26 of March so being back in April is very little of a delay, unlike some games that get delayed half a year to eight months
Thank gawd I don't live in Europe, but it's not like it matters, it's probably get delayed again just before release.
WTF! Why are we in europe always getting the push backs!
