Electronic Arts has released a new trailer for its upcoming Survival Horror title, Dead Space, directed by James Wan.
Wan is perhaps best known for his work as the director of the inaugural title in the Saw movie franchise, and his influence on the following trailer should be apparent to anyone familiar with his work.
To view the trailer, see below.
Dead Space is due out on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 in October 2008.

Another horror survial game, it looks better than Alone in the Dark.
Might have to wait for an reveiw for this one.
This game is looking good in my opinion. Hopefully EA doesn't screw this up. I'm really looking foward to this game.
PSN:bblas Feel free to add
Too much hype is too much hype. I am glad they are making this a rich story but they need to keep alot of this contained within the game.
it does look very interesting. I enjoy games like this. Sometimes they are too "cookie cutter" if you know what I mean. You're the last one alive, weird creatures trying to kill you, zombies and all that good stuff. Hopefully EA will make it a little less cliche.
Looks quite good actually, a lot better than i anticipated
I'm starting to really like what I'm seeing. EA might actually have made a decent game for once.
this game is turning out to be some sort of Messiah for EA lets hope it does justice
Looks like a winner to me, around Halloween. I'll be Playing it with the lights out and 7.1 surround sound. Great trailer to give me, something to look forward to ....
This game is gonna rock.
October is looking to over crowded with new games coming out NOT that its a bad thing. just a lot to chose from i don't think I'm giving EA my money but i will get this for Christmas if somebody ask me what i want. then again i might get them to get me something else like POP or wait and see if this game get a red case then buy it. lmao lmao EA not worth 60 bucks no more after what they did to NFS two years stright
I don't really know why, but I got this feeling that this the game which EA can prove itself. If it goes well then they will start to gain more respect from gamers, although if it flops then they will never be able to develop a game that is above mediocre.
I'm kindda hoping it will go well, because if EA can get their quality up in generally all of their titles, we would have a giant developing house which pops out buyable titles every ten seconds!
