Synopsis

F.E.A.R. (First Encounter Assault Recon) is a first person shooter title that mixes both fast paced and slow-mo matrix style action with horror and psychological thrill.

F.E.A.R. is a half-hearted port of an award winning game. For those who have played it before, avoid it. For those that haven't and own a PS3, rent it.

Pros

+ A.I are extremely smart and ingenious
+ Sound quality is solid
+ Multiplayer is fun, when people are playing

Cons

- Load times are unforgivable
- Storyline "bottoms out." Running around will become repetitious
- Framerate drops, glitches, etc show how bad of a port F.E.A.R. is
