A demo of the land-shifting Fracture has just been confirmed for the PlayStation Network.
The demo will include a tutorial level to get players comfortable with the terrain-deformation madness then plop you into a high-octane battlefield stage where your skills will truly be put to the test. No multiplayer options are currently planned to be included.
Fracture contains a unique and "groundbreaking" mechanic that lets players reshape the battlefield on the fly with fancy futuristic weaponry. The demo is set to drop around Autumn or September. We're pumped to give this latest LucasArts outing a try -- are you? Let us know in the comment section.

Fracture E3 '07 Trailer
sounds interesting
IDK. There's not enough info on this title to make me want it. Too many good games to buy.
LucasArts make good games, so I'll at least rent it ....cant wait for Battlefront 3 though!
psn id: gingo.... demos for games are always good so will be seeing if this lives up to the standards lucasarts has hyped it for
That would be my most anticipated demo this whole year. Very awesome game mechanics. Like the FULLY DESTRUCTIBLE environment, and you can reshape the ground to your own advantage.examples... raise up the ground and use it to be a shield or if there is a ledge really high and you can't reach it, by all means drop this "grenade" and it'll raise the ground to be your stepping stone. Only concern is that from all of the trailers i've seen, its Third-Person. If Lucas Arts can do it with Knights of the Old Republic, then we should expect the same with Fracture as well. I hope they give you an option to go either First or Third tho. No multiplayer is definately going to hurt it. We'll see!

I deffinetly like demos no matter what they open your eyes to many new types of games u would have never bought untill being givin a test ride. So can't wait.
This game looks like a huge leap of faith. I really hope it turns out as planned because it looks amazing.
about time! this game looks freakin awesome!
It sounds good, but it will most likely just be another shooter that'l sit on the shelf collecting dust after a few months.
oh yea
