(continued from previous page) ...the rides when approaching an input point within the mission and mostly when you receive Intel through the I-com. The colors are definitely much better on the PlayStation 3 version than they are on the 360 version—especially on PlayStation 3’s “Full RGB” setting.
This time around, the A.I. is also much better in comparison to the 360 version. Usually, when you would toss a grenade next to rebels near a car, they would idiotically run to a point of cover right near the grenade. As expected, they’d surprisingly blow up. This time around, the A.I. actually communicates with one another realistically while being seriously frightened by a grenade instead of screaming rather dully.
The sound of GRAW 2 for the PlayStation 3 is nothing below amazing. The thump of the bass of motors, grenades, tank shells, and helicopter explosions are stunning audio wise and visual wise. The battle communication is vivid and really helps you feel like your there in Mexico during the war. With a 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound system, players will be able to fully immerse themselves further in the hectic warfare to get the full GRAW 2 experience—with a nice subwoofer to shake your clothes as the shrapnel’s blow up around us. GRAW 2 doesn’t just deliver fully on visual and gameplay, but it delivers an immersive experience that allows players to take part of the warfare atmosphere.
Online is another remarkable aspect of GRAW 2. The voice communication with another player is crisp and loud, which is definitely a plus in our book. Even though you can’t see who is talking, the immersiveness doesn’t fail to falter. The graphics are toned down a bit for multiplayer, so gameplay can be smoother. But, as you run across the battlefield with your best friend, the graphics are still stirring. There is very slight drop of frames per second, but the experience remains very smooth overall. Since the game just came out, it is a bit difficult to find matches. As more and more players get a hold of this great title, however, this will definitely be cleared up.

GRAW 2 for the PlayStation 3 plays great, feels great, and sounds great. All in all, the port over to the PlayStation 3 is an impressive one, and thankfully the players are given much customization over the controls to battle in the war to their best ability and liking. The gameplay is smooth with an amazing multiplayer interface and the sound is unbelievably capturing in the war’s hectic atmosphere. Ubisoft did a great job on carrying this over to the PlayStation 3 and this is a game that no one should pass up. Now, enough reading. Get out there and fight. That is an order soldier!

hmmmm....played the demo and couldn't help but think it didn't stack up to RainbowSix Vegas....maybe this title does deserve a look.
this game is equal to rainbow and has more options for team play! definatly a buying game. i have both and am amazed with both. graw does have better graphics and rainbow has better physics. all in all they are both smokin 9.0 games!
got the game at home its amazing offline and online tho the frame rate online is alot lower an there tends to be quite a bit of lag but still over all amazin! well add me to ur ps3 network for ghost reacon if you want Harlequin1987
psn id: gingo... after i played the demo i was so glad i didn't buy it because i as very disappointed but after reading this review i maybe should have bought it, oh well i'm buying many games that are going to cost me a bomb so i dont think 1 will make a difference
I liked the demo, and this just concretes my thoughts. I'm buyin it.
this game is great! I love how loud the C4s are, it's insane.
Aftermath is the sickest map ever...............
not as good as vegas, played the demo and i have it for the x360 wich is better than ps3 cuz halo.
looks cool, but I never played a GR game before.
i played the demo but i didnt like it.
Can i do split-screen online on the same system on Graw 2 like in Warhawk on the ps3?
loved the demo,
would buy, but saving for NHL, Skate, and rockband gives me no budget.
looks interesting but i will only buy it when it gets some kind of a price cut (platinum edition).
way, way way better than rainbow six.... i think rainbow six was pretty cool on 360... but on PS3, the loading, the lack of server "list" just dropped RSV to not worthy of the effort... However GRAW2 is the best shooter i own on the PS3... 40 maps online!... the co-op isn't that great.... the visuals rock! the controls rock!(after customizing and getting used to)... i got warhawk a week after i got GRAW2... im still playing Graw2 instead.... gotta get your GRAW on! go buy it... no good shooters till november people!! DO NOT JUDGE BY THE DEMO!!!!! that demo is like almost a year old, and the final visuals look much better... not everyones game... but nothing better out... IF You like SOCOM, you'll like this game....
As said above, WAY better than rainbow six. Tho you dont theoritcally have 'Infinate Health" like you did in rainbow 6, the game is way funner. Online mode is definantly better than R6V.
listen dude, i love ubisoft games as much as the next guy, but this game sucks. i tell people that all the time online. they said if you like RSV, you should like GRAW2, but i played it and sold it the next day. its mainly RSV except your outside. its way to complicated, which i dont like.
