With North America having a launch date of April 17 for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, people from Europe usually assume they'll see it around a month later, finally that isn't the case.  This time around, Europe will be getting ahold of this title almost a full month ahead of their counterparts across the pond.

The European release for this title was announced for March 28 via a press release.  The title will be ready in-stores as well as on the PlayStation Network for download.  However, with March 28 being a Friday, we could expect to see the title released for download on the 27th.  This was also the case with Warhawk if you can remember that far back.

So get ready to let those tires start smoking.
