Just Cause 2 delayed until 2009A recent press event in Japan has revealed what appears to be a list of online featuares to be included in the highly anticipated Gran Turismo 5 for the PlayStation 3.
The list of features is as followed:

So as you can see, the list is pretty huge and in depth (pending official confirmation), with GT5 turning out to be one of the better racing games of 2008 – with a little competition in the form of Midnight Club: Los Angeles, naturally.
Gran Turismo 5 is a PlayStation 3 exclusive racing sim that is backed by the success of its four mammoth predecessors. GT5 will feature over 700 cars including for the first time ever, Ferrari vehicles. Also for the first time ever will be a complete online mode as well as real-time In-Car view to immerse gamers into the racing experience. Set to release in 2008, Gran Turismo 5 is a must own for any PS3 racing enthusiast.

Wow the only racing game I ever owned was Cruisin USA for Nintendo 64 and NFS Underground.. BUT this game looks great, even for non "racing enthusiasts"... 700 cars? fu.ckn incredible, i just might have to pick this one up..

Between this and very differant Motorstorm, Sony has complete supremacy of the racing genre.

This is cool because ps home will be the hub for avatars and everything and then when you go into the games online services it should allow us to go directly into the online community to games which will be nice.

B-spec mode is when you are the race manager for your driver, instead of driving the car yourself. I can't wait for GT5 man...!

some of them are just stupid for online features like number plate making, why is that online?

it will be a for sure own if you have a ps3, its will be a nice lil showcase game of what the ps3 can do.
this is going to leave Forza 2 screaming for mercy lol guess im gonna have to play forza 2 as much as possible cause when GT5 comes out its just gonna collect dust
That is a really big list, some that stand out is the team builder (clan?), race bulder tool, and photo album (seriously who doesn't want to save a a nice shot off your baby?) lol.
this game is going to kill. GT5 all day
its damn near impossible to hate against this game. if you do then you are one ignorant gamer and don't deserve to play high quality games.

you know what would be cool? if, in your personal apartment in home, you could have a garage. and you could pick a car from any racing game you own and put it in there :D like if you bought a ferrari in GT5, you could put that in there. or if you have a completely tricked out 350Z from NFS, you could put that in there. that would be amazing :P

I cant get excited about this game. I loved the first three but didnt think the 4th was that great and the 5th just doesnt grab me. Maybe Ill change my mind but right now Id go for the latest Burnout before GT5.

B- spec is when the computer drives the car and you only give the spectification of the velocity .you can go to do another thinks and the car will still running itself
