The Japanese version of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue will be receiving an update via the PlayStation Store tomorrow, according to the official Gran Turismo website.
Labelled GT5 Prologue’s Spec II, the patch itself will be free to download, although the site does not specify any exact details as to what it will include.
However, IGN believes that it may offer Japanese owners some of the content previously featured only in the North American and European versions of the popular racing sim.
Once installed, be warned that the patch will also affect the following:
-Any replay saved before the update will be removed.
-Your personal event data will be cleared.
-All your cash, the cars in your garage, and all your individual class clear data through Class A will remain.

I didn't buy the japanese version but I pre-ordered the europian one ... but if they included all the cars, tracks and features of the american and europian versions in this patch for the japanese version then I really will respect the company for taking care of their customers
is the eurp version coming out 2day guys?
The european version is also spec II (released 26/03 in greece), so it's most probably the new content.
Damage? Thats the only reason i could think of that they would need to remove replays.
psn id: gingo.... makes sense for the japanese version to be the same as the European version
I just bought my copy of GT5 Prologue yesterday.Yep it was on stores on 26th March at Portugal at least.
Great game, altough the Event's dont last long, they're quite entertaining
I hope this update can bring car damage, and I think it's quite probable,Yamaguchi(creator of the GT series)said to expect car damage ''very very soon''...well tomorrow is quite soon, with car damage this game will be perfect
Ohh and my first post on PSU
