since hdmi is digital 0's & 1's then there will be no degredation in picture over any cable, therfore a monster cable for £30 - £40 ( or whatever the price) will see no differance compared to a cable of £10 pounds, why do people fall for this scam cos that's all it is!! someone tried to sell me a £30 optical audio cable over a £10 cable saying it's better sound quality!! it just sends light down it man!! usually you here people in comet or currys saying get this HDMI cable it's better that one just so the can make more money, fairenough if it's an anologue cable the you will see the differance but for digital stuff it's a con!
