New Details on Time Crisis 4

Posted on September 15th, 2007 at 17:38 EDT

A few new details have been revealed about Namco's upcoming shooter, Time Crisis 4, via IGN.

For starters, you'll find that Time Crisis 4 offers two separate gameplay modes. Players can choose between the classic arcade rail-shooter style or choose to go with free-roam FPS mode, new to the franchise. A representative told IGN that the FPS mode would have fifteen stages, each lasting about thirty to forty-five minutes.

Other new details revealed:

- Time Crisis 4 and GunCon 3 will be packaged together with all necessary accessories. The game will not come by itself.

- The GunCon 3 will have two analog sticks as well as seven buttons and a trigger.

- Playable weapons included the shotgun, machine gun, hand gun, knife, and grenade.

For fans, the newest edition to the series looks impressive. Time Crisis 4 is set for release on November 20th in the US and will retail for $79.99.

I like how the game devs are not making this game be super over the top in graphics this is the type of game that would be fun for company, and friends and relatives its amazing. I also like the fact its motion sickness friendly like how some first person shooters can make ppl dizzy and nausiated from all the quick movement.

Gee whiz - Ive already got Time Crisis, Time Crisis Project Titan, Time Crisis 2 & 3, and Crisis Zone..... Why will I want to buy this? Same old same old. Ive played this at the arcade and its just the same thing over & over. Its too expensive for a casual buy. I agree with previous post that the gun should have at least been wireless.

It comes with Game and Guncom, so 79.99 is cheap. always someone complaining, never knowing what theyre going to be paying for. is also why PS3's are so hard to sell, buncha tight wads.
