Additonal Info:
Namco Bandai has confirmed that it will not be releasing a demo of Soul Calibur IV until after the game’s release.
According to company representatives at this week’s E3 convention, the developer is currently pooling all resources into getting the finished product ready for its hotly anticipated release on July 29.
As for when gamers could expect the demo, Namco wouldn’t go into any details; simply stating it would be made available sometime "down the road."

Not that I really need to test the game but for others who may be new to the series a demo would be nice in order for them to see if they like it or not. In this time and age demos are essential and should be given in worse case scenario at lauch.
Then no buying before release. I'm not giving up $60 on a prayer.
Why bother with a demo after the release of a game lol.
Im quite new to the series but stil prefer tekken 6 over this game.
Then i will wait until the demo to decide if I buy the game. Simple
I'm a fan(not a big one) of the series but realeasing the demo after the games release isn't a good sign.
@1 i believe the phrase is in this day and age but ou make a good point Im new to SC but still don't want the game a demo might convince me
the game looked all koo and stuff until it showed that fool from star wars....
ZZZzzzzz boring! Fighting games were good 10 years ago, now they just sent me to sleep.
Ether way, demo or not, im buying the game!
