Created by OPTICS, this new theme includes one wallpaper for both SD and HD tv's and custom icons designed to fit the art style of Gears of War 2.

who cares about gears of war 2 it no where near as nice as killzone 2 so forget these themes make moore killzone 2 themes

kritikos8, while I admit that Killzone is visually stunning I must say that the "gameplay" of gears 2 looks far better by comparison. I hope that Killsone steps it up and brings more to the table. If not then it will be a generic pretty shooter. grented it does show th epower of the PS3 but the naysayers would just try to switch topics to the gameplay.

eh why you guys not posting this theme on xbox360 section? oh well good theme but if it's on xbox360 i'l download it but it's for ps3 and i never select any xbox theme for my PS3 XD someone create cool KZ2 theme !! pls
Err yeah, I'd kinda prefer to have the game though!! KillZone2 vids are currently only 40% complete, fingers crossed it'll look as good as the GearsOfWar2 vid! Jeeze it looks amazing - I have to say!
I usually like the Gears themes, even if they aren't for the PS3.
WTF is all this talk about Killzone 2?!
I wish people would just be honest with themselves, not be so fanboi sometimes, and just admit the truth: Killzone 2 is going to suck as much ballz as Killzone. Besides it's not due out until 2009, no point in getting your hopes up over it this early. It'll only make it worse next year when the game lets you down . . .and it will let you down.
Now if you want a PS only shooter to get excited about, Resistance 2 is the way to go. As if Fall of Man was not killer enough, the sequel is set to blow the roof off the PS3 this fall, and give Gears of War 2 a proper run for it's money.

I just love making my own themes for my system dashboards (or getting someone elses themes if they are well made). I also love putting up themes of exclusive games from different consoles on the opposing consoles. Always gets a rise out of people when they see them. I've just put a Mario Galaxy theme on my 360, but have been looking for a new game related theme for my PS3 - tired of booting up to the nude Vida Guerra theme that I created a couple of months back; this new Gears 2 theme does the trick perfectly.
