Dark Sector Devs lending hand in BioShock DevelopmentPlayStation Universe would like to inform our visitor that the PSU Themes section has now accumulated more than 400 different themes since launching little over three weeks ago.
Those of you who are new to this feature should perhaps be interested to know we have made your job a lot easier by implementing a tab system to organise theme content, in addition to an all-new ratings system.
Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, users are now able to direct download any chosen theme from the website straight to your PlayStation 3 using the consoles web browser, by saving the .p3t file in the ‘Photos’ folder.
The latest version of the PS3 Theme Builder has been released and can be downloaded here.
Remember to upload your own themes here and enjoy an even more user friendly interface as we continue to expand our themes section in the coming months.

Hey I know some people have been working on themes and others just download them but I have been waiting for a theme extractor which I barely noticed today has been out for a couple of weeks now. I thought I had it all figured out but got stuck on the cmd screen where im suppose to type in the p3textractor and then theme name, then a extraction folder is suppose to pop up. I've looked for a couple of hours now and I should be studying for a test but forget that when you can have unlimited PS3 themes. If anyone has already been through this I would appreciate any help.

ok I would like to say that I have uploaded my themes for you guys a wile back, You will notice that the preview pic says SONY VER 1.00 But the thems are nivida thems. That is a problem I can't fix, so sorry.
We are going to add editor abilities to users that upload their themes. This will allow you to change images, titles, etc.
