While this has not officially been confirmed for PlayStation 3, it is still worthy of mention as there's no reason why it wouldn't apply for Sony's machine too. The highly anticipated title, Rock Band, is not even out in stores yet but interestingly enough, the downloadable content has already been revealed.

The information comes from Official Xbox Magazine (OXM). In the latest issue, 24 tracks from notable groups such as Black Sabbath and Metallica were confirmed as post-release content for Rock Band.
