Nearly a month after David Cooke’s comments on Manhunt 2 and the British Board of Film Censors (BBFC) first game ban in over 10 years, Rockstar has finally staged an appeal. Rockstar Games has reportedly contacted the Video Appeals Committee and filed documentation asking to overturn the BBFC’s recent decision.
Even after further comments by Cooke outlining how the BBFC considers cuts and changes to games in order to be approved, they still handed out the ban.
After all the steps were finalised and the appeal was sent, neither company commented on any further reports. Keep watch for future updates and breaking information on Manhunt 2 here at PSU.

Manhunt 2 Trailer
Why would they even make a game that would get approved, that would only mean that they took the game beyond the MATURE ratings. WOW!!!
I hope they win i'm tiered of this no AO, video games are for kids you cant kill people horse Sh!t. If they win i'll be very happy even though I actualy dont care to play Manhunt2.
Riddle me this, Why have a rating system if you interfer and Ban a game, if the system is suppose to rate content let it operate, if a worker seel it to a minor fire him, if the child still ends up with it punish him, but for the grown and sexy let us have our cake, and parents handle you little ones, stop going out all the time leaving you kids at home to play by themselves and raise them, teach your kid about bad credit and how to invest, something that can help them when they grow, but stop pushing to ban games cause if it say M thats not for minor's its for mature like me but seriously get on the kids themselves and not the consumer it was intended for like me.
sale-bad grammer just takes away from the point
the game hasn't even came out yet. so since when do they know what is going to be in it other than just good ol' violence. the death of free speech is coming. and besides, i can't buy it at gamestop or anything because i'm 16. and no one there will sell it to me. and if you are so worried about stuff like that then why don't you crack down on porn on the internet, anybody can get to that stuff without every being asked their age or anything. and if they do we just lie about it. but that is all fine an dandy but god forbid manhunt 2.
there is no limit beyong mature i think mature ppl can decide and wht the heck is beyong mature, even if u take out body parts realtime it doesnt make it more mature! it may also give ideas to kids but may stop some serial killers :P
Let individuals decide what games to play, not beaurocratic cronies.
They better not cut any content. But i'm not gonna buy the game anyways.
FUK THE BBFC!!!!!!
its called ao.... wow ppl are dumb
Man, if you ban a game then you also need to ban smoking which is much worse! I mean come on! It's just a game!! Just rate it 17+, i could probably play this game without killing my mom the next day or whatever this is banned for. (i'm 13)
Maybe if they win in the UK, I can import a copy to the US!!!
