Additonal Info:
Capcom’s Yoshinori Ono has confirmed that the upcoming home console version of Street Fighter IV will feature exclusive characters not present in the arcade release, in addition to online functionality.
Speaking in the latest issue of Famitsu Magazine, Ono commented, “We'll be adding characters while watching the overall balance.” In regards to the online portion of the popular fighter, he noted, "we won't be adding unnecessary stuff."
As reported previously, the publication also contains information on a few new fighters in the game, including Rufus, described as a fierce rival of series veteran, Ken. Rufus previously appeared in a location test version of the beat ‘em up some time ago.
Elsewhere, Famitsu also provided a few tidbits on the game’s final boss, Seth, who acts as the CEO of Shadowloo’s weapons division. According to reports, this formidable opponent has the ability to input data for various fighting styles into his body.
Seth’s appearance brings the total number of new combatants to five, joining Abel, Crimson Viper, El Fuerte and Rufus. While a release date for home console release has yet to be revealed, Famitsu notes that the ports are around 20% complete.
Stay tuned for further information as it breaks.

Online? Old news...
Just make sure its as lag-free as possible. Probably not gonna happen but if you look at online fighting in general, people can abuse the frame advantage of certain moves because of this.
