The masked combatant ranks as one of the most iconic fighters in the series to date, having appeared in virtually every major Mortal Kombat title thus far, including his own (poorly received) entry, MK Mythologies: Sub-Zero.
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is due for release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in fall 2008. A playable demo is expected to appear at the E3 Media and Business Summit in July.

I think I saw this already somewhere on the forum........hmm oh yeah, FIRST!!!
Sub Zero looks cool but the game does not seem all that impressive. Not gonna pre judge though. Gonna keep an eye out to see how the game progresses as more info comes out.
I wish this game would die in a fire. In fact, all Mortal Kombats since MK3 should die in a fire.
Mortal Kombat games s{_}ck, to tell the truth. Best two fighting games are Tekken and Street Fighter andl i cant wait till Tekken 6 and Street Fighter IV. Other than those, all of them s{_}ck.
mortal kombat was one of my all time favorite fighting games, i agree it started to get really watered down after 3, but they were still decent games. I have no idea what to think of this game though, it seems like a strange marriage, but I am interested enough to want to see it, hopefully midway can impress!
Why is the bottom of the image switched around? Sub looks cool, but i don't like mc games so i think i'll be passing.
i thik this was a little stupid possibly cool. almost like adding darth vader to soul calabor 4
I'd say Scorpion is more Iconic than Sub-Zero, but that's just my opinion. Anyway, I hope this game does not dissapoint.
hopefully it runs at a high framerate with some MOTION BLUR. do it devs. DO IT. Motion blur is the key to cinematic-looking gaming.
Mortal Kombat sucks
psn id: gingo.... its a pity they aren't bringing back the blood and dismembering of the original games which made the first few great
looks last-gen. pretty lame. mortal kombat blows.
Looks kool. K-vant and Marvin D will be sick at this game
Exciting news... Great for anyone who has no idea who Sub-Zero is.
There's that MK on PS2 that's pretty good. Kind of like an RPG weird story but worth it to unlock chars and learn your moves and it got good graphics. Kung Lao kane and pretty tight chars. I'll wait to see before I judge this one. MK is not MK without blood and fatalities though. Everyone knows that, it's the reasonwhy many even played the game in the first place.
If it is as stagnant as those PS2 Mortal Kombat titles, I will pass. Once more, the developer is trying to beat around the bush with this next point, but the fact is the classic Mortal Kombat fatalities will not be there. It would be great for DC comics. Who doesn't want to see Batman perform an animality by turning into a swarm of bats and eating the flesh of Kano. Who doesn't want to see Wonder Woman break Sheeva in half. Alot of potential there. Wasted. More true hardcore DC comic fans are well over 21 anyway. So what's the problem?
