Volatile Games has confirmed via its official website that the company is working on two “Triple-A” games for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Details are largely unknown, though the firm is currently hiring for staff, including an opening for a programmer, of which lists “experience of PS2 or PS3 programming is an advantage.”
For now, however, it appears that any further information on the upcoming projects is being kept firmly under wraps.
Based in Warwickshire, England, Volatile Games is a division of Blitz Games specialising in mature content for an adult audience. Among the games produced by the studio includes the videogame adaptation of Reservoir Dogs, which was released in 2006 for the PlayStation 2, PC and Xbox.
Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
Hmm I'm sure most developers like to think of their games as "triple A". We'll wait and see I guess.
Cool, they are only down the road from where I live :)
Time will tell
Midway thought Blacksite was "Triple-A" o_0
triple A game, those are big words to follow. hope they can live up to those words
We'll see whether or not this game will become triple A
an unknown company working on an awesome ps3 game? it's ninja theory all over again.
I think we get to judge whats AAA, not the developers.
Oh great ANOTHER TWO shooter !!..
Sorry but KZ2 is enough for me..and I still don't really want that !!
OPne way you can get ppl to look at your new supose to be triple A games is to say only on PS3.
psn id: I95SOUTH<--- I'll take some ps2 classic right about now over the ps3 games that are dropping, how about BLACK, that was a good shooter game.
psn id: gingo... it will be good to see if these claims are lived up to and if we can at least get 1 out of the 2 that would be really excellent
