Eurogamer reports that Amy Hennig, Game Director for Uncharted: Drakes Fortune has firmed up the US release date for the game as November 20th, saying the game was also on track to make Christmas in Europe.

Speaking in Croatia, the Game Director told journalists that the game was "about a week" from going into its internal beta, which is good news as they intend to have it at retailers within two months.

Uncharted is developed by Naughty Dog Studios of Jak & Daxter fame. It puts the player into a world where they are seeking the mythical treasure of El Dorado, and is widely seen as an important game for Sony's holiday lineup.
