So PlayStation fans, do you want to work on a top secret PS3 title at EAT SLEEP PLAY? Well, if you fit one of several positions, you may very well be able to. David Jaffe has posted several openings on his blog for EAT SLEEP PLAY's "really cool" PlayStation 3 game.
The positions available include Gameplay Programmer, Software Engineer and Sr. 3D modelers. If any of you wish to apply, send your resume to jobs@eatsleepplay.biz.
More importantly for us non game scripting people, this serves to reconfirm Jaffe's and EAT SLEEP PLAY's interest in the PlayStation 3. Is the unannounced title the long-rumored Twisted Metal PS3 or an entire different venture altogether? We'll find out soon.

Too bad idk cr@p about making games.
Is there an opening for Game Tester?
twisted metal. nah. if they said konami. i would try to apply for game tester. lol i would probably show my friends the game . but, probably not just to be mean. so, they would have to wait. but, i need to see if or how i can get into game testing or programing. tired of working crappy jobs
I don't think I could ever get into the video industry when it comes to actually developing games and programming. I would love to be a Graphic Designer or do anything regarding to Art Production in a video game because I have Artistic skills but that's about it. I'm a big fan of the Twisted Metal series, and David Jaffe did say that a Twisted Metal game was coming to the PS3, so that's most likely the game he's talking about.
Whatever Jaffe is planning, I hope that he shows something at E3. It's been a while since Jaffe has worked on a Playstation console title (not including the Calling All Cars Playstation Network Game)
Yeah game tester or beta tester hehe XD
and maybe Jeffe likes car too much Calling all cars and Twisted Metal etc etc..
I actually know how to do some of this stuff to bad that I don't have a degree or worked in any of this, that's why I'm going to college to get a degree. Now I wonder what to of 3D modeling software they use, a pre-made one like Maya or their own custom one?
@psn_frov
They usually use 3ds Max, or Maya. And also put in some custom "plug-ins" for the Company. They also tend to make their own programs, but for 3d its 3ds Max, and Maya =D.
Little too early for me lol. I'm in college right now majoring in Game Software Development, in the future though I hope to be doing this...
im a 3d modeler but not a sr. 3d modeler. shame they dont want new guys check out my portfolio to see my work. i remade metal gear rex :) tadpole3159.portfolioshowcase.co.uk/
